This policy explains refunds, cancellations, and usage charges for thee.bot services.

When you purchase bot service from thee.bot, you have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund if you change your mind about the service.
If you request a refund within the 7-day period, you will receive a full refund of your monthly subscription fee minus the cost of any bot service minutes used during that period. Bot service minutes are calculated based on actual usage and billed at the applicable per-minute rate in effect at the time of use.
To request a refund, please contact support at [email protected]. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
To cancel your ongoing bot service and avoid charges for the upcoming month, you must submit your cancellation request at least 3 calendar days before your next monthly billing cycle begins.
If you provide at least 3 days' advance notice before your next billing cycle, your service will be terminated at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the upcoming month.
If you submit your cancellation request less than 3 days before your next billing cycle begins, you will be charged 100% of the monthly subscription fee for the upcoming month plus any bot service minutes used during that billing period.

Bot service minutes are billed separately from your monthly subscription fee and are non-refundable under all circumstances. All usage is charged at the current per-minute rate.
