We believe in the power of our agents. Therefore, all subscriptions come with a straightforward cancellation and refund protocol.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Admin Console. Upon cancellation, your line will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
If you are unsatisfied with the reasoning capabilities of the agent within the first 7 days of deployment, you are eligible for a full refund of the base deployment fee. Pre-paid operational minutes are non-refundable once consumed.
